Custom Tax & Duties:
There are no additional charges to pay for European orders. Fees will be
automatically covered within the delivery charge. If you receive any
surplus charges from Customs, please contact us to resolve the amount.

Spain - Due to current restrictions imposed by customs we are unable to send perfume to Spain. We can however ship Candles, if you would like to make a purchase for candles to Spain please email the ROJA Team at: customer-services@rojalondon.com

Further Details
Order Processing: All orders are processed from the U.K.
during normal business hours. ROJA London is not open on weekends and
Holidays. If your order is placed during this period, please allow for
additional delivery time.
Non-Domestic Addresses: Please note we are not able to ship to PO Boxes or Military base address
Tracking: All orders are sent from the UK via a tracked
courier service and will require a signature upon delivery. You will
receive Tracking Information directly from the courier once they have
your parcel moving.
Delays: On rare occasions, we may experience delays due to the
number of orders being processed. Extended lead times for shipping are
imposed by our delivery partners, including and not limited to DPD, DHL,
FedEx, NORSK, Aramex and UPS.
Dangerous Goods: Please note perfume is classified as
“Dangerous Goods” and requires additional paperwork and checks, which
can lead to orders being delayed by Customs. If they require any further
information, they will contact Roja Parfums directly. Customs Clearance
will take 48hrs to process and continue its journey.
Customs Tax and Duties: There are no additional fees to pay - ROJA London will ensure all tax, duties and fees are covered directly.
