Order Processing: All orders are processed from the U.K.
during normal business hours. ROJA London is not open on weekends and
Holidays. If your order is placed during this period, please allow for
additional delivery time.

Customs Tax and Duties: There are no additional fees to pay - ROJA London will ensure all tax, tariffs, duties and fees are covered directly.

Customs: Dangerous Goods: Please note perfume is classified as “Dangerous Goods” which requires additional paperwork and checks. On rare occasion you may be required to supply additional information and, or, ID to release your order. If Customs require any further information, they will contact you, the customer directly. Customs procedures and regulations are determined by the individuals country. Please ensure you are up to date with your Local Customs procedure and are happy to comply before completing your purchase. Any cancellations made once your order has reached customs are subject to an admin fee of £20.

Tracking: All orders are sent from the UK via a tracked
courier service and will require a signature upon delivery. You will
receive Tracking Information directly from the courier once they have
your parcel moving.

Non-Domestic Addresses: Please note we are not able to ship to PO Boxes or Military base address

Delays: We may experience delays due to the number of orders being processed. Extended lead times for shipping are imposed by our delivery partners, including and not limited to DPD, DHL, FedEx, NORSK, Aramex and UPS.
