Order Processing: All orders are processed from the U.K.
during normal business hours. ROJA London is not open on weekends and
Holidays. If your order is placed during this period, please allow for
additional delivery time.
Non-Domestic Addresses: Please note we are not able to ship to PO Boxes for orders over £190 / $250 and are unable to ship to a Military base address
Tracking: All orders are sent from the UK via a tracked
courier service and will require a signature upon delivery. You will
receive Tracking Information directly from the courier once they have
your parcel moving.
Delays: On rare occasions, we may experience delays due to the
number of orders being processed. Extended lead times for shipping are
imposed by our delivery partners, including and not limited to DPD, DHL,
FedEx, NORSK, Aramex and UPS.
Dangerous Goods: Please note perfume is classified as
“Dangerous Goods” and requires additional paperwork and checks, which
can lead to orders being delayed by Customs. If they require any further
information, they will contact Roja Parfums directly. Customs Clearance
will take 48hrs to process and continue its journey.
Customs Tax and Duties: Roja Parfums do not cover Customs Tax,
Duties, Tariffs, VAT, Handling Fees or Customs Clearance Charges
required by your country for importing goods from the UK.You, the buyer
is responsible to clear these charges, which vary as per your country of
residence. If the customs fees and charges are refused, the order will
be returned back to Roja Parfums and you will not receive a refund for
the charges.
