ROJA REWARDS Terms and Conditions

1. Overview 

Our Loyalty Scheme ROJA REWARDS allows customers to earn and redeem Parfum Points when they purchase directly from rojalondon.com and participate in promotional activities. By joining and participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which operate in conjunction with our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. 

2. Eligibility 

The Program is open to all customers who create an account on our website. Participation is free of charge. Parfum Points are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of this Program. 

3. Earning Parfum Points 

Customers can earn Parfum Points through the following activities:

Points are added to your account once the qualifying activity is verified. Certain activities (such as reviews or follows) may be subject to verification or completion criteria before Points are issued. 

Verified Purchase Reviews 

To qualify for Parfum Points under the Review Verified Purchases activity: 

  • Reviews must be for orders placed within the past 3 months (90 days). 

  • Only one review per purchased item will be eligible for Points. 

  • Reviews must be genuine, original, and comply with our Review Guidelines. 

  • Reviews that are removed, found to be inauthentic, or violate our content standards may result in forfeiture of awarded Points. 

4. Redeeming Parfum Points 

Customers can redeem their accumulated Parfum Points for discounts on future orders. Customers must me a member and agree to the terms and conditions of ROJA REWARDS before Parfum Points can be redeemed. Guest accounts are unable to redeem Parfum Points.

  • £1 spent = 1 Parfum Point earned 

  • 10 Parfum Points is equal to £1 to spend on rojalondon.com 

For example, 100 Parfum Points can be redeemed for a £10 discount on a future order. 
Redemptions are available only at checkout and may be subject to minimum spend requirements or other promotional terms. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other discount codes, unless stated otherwise. 

5. Points Expiry 

Points will expire 1 year (365 days) after they are earned, unless additional Points activity (earning or redeeming) occurs within that time frame. 
Customers will receive: 

  • A 30-day notification email prior to point expiration, and 

  • A final reminder 7 days before expiry. 

Expired Points cannot be reinstated under any circumstances. 

6. Account Activity and Status 

The Program is currently active. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or deactivate the Program at any time, including adjusting earning rates, redemption values, or eligible activities. Any changes will be reflected in the updated Terms and Conditions. 

7. Fraud, Abuse, or Misuse 

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any customer’s participation in the Program if fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate activity is detected. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts, falsifying activity, or attempting to exploit system errors. 

8. Changes to the Program 

We may update or modify ROA REWARDS, including earning and redemption rules, at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Samples and Gifting Terms and Conditions

At ROJA London, we aim to enhance your shopping experience by offering product samples and gifts with purchase on eligible transactions. Please review the following policy regarding these promotions:

1. Business Discretion

Sampling and gift-with-purchase promotions are offered at the sole discretion of ROJA London. Availability and terms of promotions may vary.

2. Changes and Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify or cancel sampling and gift-with-purchase promotions at any time, without prior notice.

3.Subject to Stock Availability 

All samples and gifts are subject to stock availability. While we do our best to fulfil all promotional offers as described, stock levels may occasionally limit our ability to do so.

4.Eligibility 

Products purchased under discounts or promotions may not qualify for gift-with-purchase offers unless explicitly stated.
